Include the workspace name and the email attached to your account, but never send a password, full payment-card number, Clerk secret, Stripe key or Shopify Partner access token.
Billing and cancellation
Team owners and administrators should first use Settings → Manage billing in Stripe. For a duplicate, incorrect or post-cancellation charge, email us promptly with the invoice identifier. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Data protection
For a rights request or complaint, use the subject “Data protection request” or “Data protection complaint”. We may need to verify your identity and workspace authority. Our handling process is described in the Privacy Notice.
