Changelog · 22 July 2026

Report on the customers who actually paid.

Marlo now combines manual customer exclusions with a date-aware paying-only scope that stays visible and consistent across reports, transaction exports and read-only MCP.

What shipped

  1. 01Included customers and Paying in selected period report scopes
  2. 02A workspace default saved by owners or admins
  3. 03Audit events for default-scope changes
  4. 04Dated paying or non-paying explanations on customer profiles
  5. 05The same scope in dashboards, reports, transactions, CSV exports and MCP
  6. 06Manual include and exclude controls preserved with their existing audit trail

Why period-aware matters

A current-customer-only filter can erase a merchant who churned during the period and make retention look healthier than it was. Marlo’s selected-period scope keeps positive recurring customers who were active at a boundary, started during the range or generated a recurring charge, while excluding trials and zero-value plans.

Set it up

Follow the customer reporting-scope guide to exclude test stores, save a default, verify one merchant and use the MCP override.

Use the method on your own data

Marlo keeps definitions beside the relevant report and detail views.
